Policies & Terms & Conditions
By booking any service with Bossy Girl Design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.

General Booking & Deposit Policy (All Services)

  • All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and are required before any date is officially reserved.

  • Clients are allowed one reschedule per booking without forfeiting the deposit. Any additional reschedules will result in the loss of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date.

  • All final balances must be paid before the scheduled session or filming date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy (All Services)

  • All cancellations result in the loss of the deposit, regardless of notice. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you need to cancel and wish to rebook at a later date, a new deposit will be required.

Branding Shoot Policies (Mini & Full Branding Sessions)

Session Scope
Branding sessions are for professional brand imagery only. This includes headshots, lifestyle brand photos, and marketing imagery for websites and social media. Posing guidance and light creative direction are provided; however, clients are responsible for arriving prepared with outfits, props, and a clear idea of their brand aesthetic.

Editing & Delivery
Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 7–10 business days. The number of edited images delivered will align strictly with the package booked. Additional edits or images beyond the package scope are not included unless purchased separately.

Outfits & Timing
Mini Branding Shoots (30 minutes) do not include outfit changes.
Full Branding Shoots (1 hour) allow for 1–3 outfit changes. Outfit changes must be efficient and within the booked session time.

Usage Rights
Clients receive full usage rights for personal branding, marketing, and social media use. Bossy Girl Design retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Half Content Day Policies

Service Scope
Half Content Day includes up to 3 hours of filming, 10–15 edited short-form videos, and access to all raw footage from the session. Content focus and deliverables are limited to what can reasonably be captured within the allotted time.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for confirming their models, clients, schedule, and services ahead of time. Delays, cancellations, or missing clients on filming day may affect deliverables and will not result in refunds or extensions.

Turnaround Time
Edited videos will be delivered within 5–7 business days following the filming date.

CEO Content Day Policies

Service Scope
CEO Content Day includes up to 6 hours of filming, 25–30 edited short-form videos, and all raw B-roll footage. This service is designed to capture content during a real working day and relies on client preparedness and cooperation.

Preparation & Communication
Clients will receive a prep guide and participate in light communication prior to filming to confirm:
• Content goals
• Voiceover scripts (written by Bossy Girl Design)
• Client/models booked for filming
• Daily schedule and flow

Failure to prepare adequately may limit the content captured but does not warrant refunds or additional filming time.

Turnaround Time
Edited content will be delivered within 5–7 business days after filming.

The Content Club (Monthly Membership) Policies

Membership Terms
The Content Club is a monthly membership with a 6-month minimum commitment. By enrolling, you agree to remain active in the membership for the full minimum term.

Membership fees are non-refundable and billed monthly.

What’s Included
Each month includes:
• One Content Day (CEO Content Day format)
• One Branding Photo Shoot (may be scheduled on a separate day at the studio)

Unused sessions or deliverables do not roll over indefinitely. Credits may be carried over for up to 3 months before expiring.

Scheduling & Rescheduling
Each month’s Content Day and Branding Shoot must be scheduled in advance. Standard rescheduling rules apply (one reschedule allowed). Missed or unscheduled sessions within the membership period may be forfeited.

Posting & Strategy
The Content Club does not include posting, caption writing, or daily social media management. Clients are responsible for publishing content unless additional services are booked separately.

Creative Control & Expectations
By booking, clients acknowledge and trust the creative direction, filming style, and editing approach of Bossy Girl Design. While feedback is welcomed, creative decisions are made to align with professional standards and proven content strategies.

Agreement
By booking any service or enrolling in a membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies and terms outlined above

Website Design Policies

Booking & Payment
A $499 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your website design start date. This deposit is applied toward the total project cost. The remaining balance is due before design work begins or according to an agreed-upon payment plan.

Projects will not begin until the deposit is received, the intake questionnaire is completed, and all required materials are submitted.

Project Timeline
Website design projects have an estimated turnaround time of 1–2 weeks, starting from the official project start date. Timelines are dependent on timely communication, prompt feedback, and complete content submission from the client.

Delays in submitting content, feedback, or approvals may result in an extended timeline.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, including but not limited to:
• Written copy (unless otherwise agreed upon)
• Brand colors and logo
• Photos or media assets
• Booking links and service details

Failure to submit requested materials may pause the project until all items are received.

Revisions
Your website design includes one round of revisions. Revisions include minor text edits, layout adjustments, and visual refinements. Additional revision rounds or requests outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

Scope of Work
The Custom Squarespace Website package includes the pages and features outlined in your selected service. Any additional pages, features, integrations, or functionality not listed in the original package will be considered add-ons and billed separately.

Add-Ons
Optional add-ons include:
• Additional pages ($100 per page)
• E-commerce or product setup ($100–$500)
• Course creation ($500)

Add-ons must be approved and paid for before implementation.

Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel after the project has begun, all payments made up to that point are forfeited due to time, labor, and resources already allocated.

Launch & Ownership
Once the website is approved and launched, ownership of the website design is transferred to the client. Bossy Girl Design is not responsible for future edits, maintenance, or updates unless booked separately.

Communication
Primary communication for website design projects will take place via email or designated project management tools. Timely responses are required to keep projects on schedule.
