Onboarding
Prior to your scheduled start date, you’ll be added to my project dashboard. Through Google, you’ll upload your website content, brand colors, logo, and any imagery. You’ll also complete an intake questionnaire so I can fully understand your brand, goals, and vision for the site.

Kickoff Discussion
Once your project officially begins, we’ll connect via email or text to go over your website goals and any final details. This is when I’ll ask clarifying questions, confirm the structure of your site, and ensure we’re aligned. Full payment is due at this stage (or your payment plan begins), and we’ll also review the contract.

Design Phase
I’ll begin designing your website starting with your homepage. Before fully building out the entire site, I’ll share homepage layout options so we can lock in the overall direction and aesthetic.

Revisions
Before launch, we’ll go through any necessary revision rounds and test your website across multiple devices to ensure everything functions smoothly and looks great.

Launch Day
Once everything is approved, your website will be published and officially launched. You’ll walk away with a professional, functional site that’s ready to support your business.

A $499 deposit is required to secure your project start date. The remaining balance is due before the design phase begins (or according to your payment plan, if applicable).
